ingredients

  • Makes one glass: 310 ml
  • Fresh Pomegranate Juice: 200 ml
  • Water: 100 ml
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger Juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Cubed Cucumber (De-seeded): 1/4 cup
  • A Few Torn Mint Leaves

Preparation

 

Step 1 :

De-seed and cube 1/4th cup of cucumber. Blend it up smoothly and pour the liquid into a glass.

Step 2 :

To this, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of ginger juice.

Step 3 :

Take 200 ml of fresh pomegranate juice, along with 100 ml of water. Add this to the glass and stir the mixture well.

Step 4:

Finally, tear up a few mint leaves and add to the liquid. Enjoy your glass of goodness! Pomegranate is rich in powerful antioxidants, lemon is a great source of Vitamin C, and cucumber provides mineral-rich hydration.
